The White Forest Gateau is our counterpart to the Black Forest and is filled and decorated with whipped cream, cherries and chocolate. Additionally, this vanilla gateau is also covered with white chocolate shavings. The gateau is more airy compared to our buttercream cakes and is a great option if you’re looking for a light sweet treat.
