The Black Forest is our signature gateau and is a crowd favourite! Each chocolate gateau base layer is filled and decorated with whipped cream, cherries and dark chocolate. This gateau is more airy compared to our buttercream cakes and is a great option if you’re looking for a light, sweet treat.
