Custom Order Form
Please read the details below before filling out the custom order request form.
We generally require 1 month of notice for custom orders, however, this may defer according to the complexity of the order. To secure a preferred pick-up time and date, we recommend that you submit the order form as early as possible. We will get back to you about your inquiry within 3 working days.

Once the details of your custom order are confirmed (size, flavour, decorations such as cake topper, writing, candles, message/birthday cards etc) and the payment has been processed, we are unable to make further changes or add-ons to your order. Due to this, if you require any changes, please inform us before the payment is confirmed.
Upon order confirmation, we provide a payment due date, which is set to at least 2 weeks before the order pick-up/delivery date. Please kindly note that we require the full payment of your order to be made by the date and time provided. If the payment is not received by this date, unfortunately the order will automatically be cancelled.
50% of the full payment will be refunded for any order cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the order pick-up/delivery time. Unfortunately, any subsequent cancellation requests 72 hours before the pick-up/delivery time cannot be accommodated for.
We currently do not offer gluten-free, or dairy-free options for our custom orders. If you have any other allergies or dietary restrictions that you want to inquire about, please specify below.
Nut-free and eggless requests can be arranged.
Please note that we currently do not use fondant to cover cakes, however we do make fondant decorations (flowers, miniature figures etc).
If the pick up option is selected below, please note that the pick-up location is Makarewa, Invercargill. The address will be provided upon order confirmation.
